- Analyze the current partnership landscape to discover avenues for revenue growth through deals and incentive programs
- Evaluate and prioritize opportunities at a global scale, create business cases, negotiate, and finalize key deals within various partner ecosystems such as Commerce, Data Signals, Core Ads, and Video
- Show proficiency in handling complex legal and business issues in contracts and devise mutually beneficial solutions with partners
- Lead internal alignment across teams to facilitate decision-making during the deal process
- Engage actively with internal stakeholders to develop tailor-made go-to-market strategies and secure approvals from internal leadership
- Bachelor's degree, MBA is an advantage
- Background in business within the technology or internet sector
- Proficiency in partnerships, business development, or business strategy
- Demonstrated experience in closing strategic deals related to software, services, data, licensing, or measurement, with a good understanding of the legal aspects of negotiations
- Capability in project management for piloting, testing, and scaling initiatives using data-driven approaches
- Experience in data analysis to extract actionable business insights
- Quick learner in adopting new technologies and transforming information into actionable insights for stakeholders
- Effective communication skills to influence and collaborate within a complex organizational structure
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build robust relationships internally and externally
- Preferably familiar with advertising or e-commerce platforms and online business models
