An exciting new opportunity for a Business Operations Graduate to join a growing oil and gas company in Aberdeen on a full time permanent basis.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Participate in Manpower planning
  • Assisting with expansion of workforce
  • Assist with budgets and business plans
  • Liaise with overseas offices
  • Booking International travel and accommodation
  • Liaising with clients regarding travel and visa requirements
  • Maintaining appropriate tracking spreadsheets
  • Booking of relevant courses
  • Administration support
  • Other duties as required

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Educated to Business Degree level
  • Computer literate must be proficient in excel and word
  • Be able to use your own initiative to complete a variety of tasks
  • Knowledge of booking travel would be advantageous
  • Knowledge of working with budgets would be advantageous
