An exciting new opportunity for a Business Operations Graduate to join a growing oil and gas company in Aberdeen on a full time permanent basis.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participate in Manpower planning
- Assisting with expansion of workforce
- Assist with budgets and business plans
- Liaise with overseas offices
- Booking International travel and accommodation
- Liaising with clients regarding travel and visa requirements
- Maintaining appropriate tracking spreadsheets
- Booking of relevant courses
- Administration support
- Other duties as required
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Educated to Business Degree level
- Computer literate must be proficient in excel and word
- Be able to use your own initiative to complete a variety of tasks
- Knowledge of booking travel would be advantageous
- Knowledge of working with budgets would be advantageous
