Job purpose:
Sales and Service Enablement creates an environment for the global Sales and Service teams to excel.
We do this by setting processes and frameworks which create healthy tension across the function to drive efficiency and improve performance.
The Head of Performance and Planning is a key role with responsibility for leading annual target setting, performance analysis (financial and operational) and incentivisation across our Sales and Service teams.
The role will also identify insights to support strategy development and strategic planning.Responsibilities:
- Support Sales & Service leadership to set annual targets and plans for revenue and customer NPS, working closely with Finance to ensure they meet the business's strategic direction
- Define our annual commissions setting process and oversee quarterly commissions payments
- Take a leading role in defining a set of core sales and service reports which will enable management to drive business performance and inform decision making
- Own and maintain a core set of reports for Sales and Customer Service, ensuring they are fit for purpose and accurate
- Support Sales and Service leadership with strategic decision making through the identification and generation of insights and innovative reporting
Qualifications:
- Experience working with sales teams and service teams in an operational capacity
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders
- Performance management experience ability to propose new KPIs based on gaps in performance
- Experience in Life Sciences industry or related market
- Cross sector experience of driving performance in contract centres
- Ability to understand highlevel sales strategies, translate them into system and process requirements, and ensure local execution and business impact.
