The ideal candidate will have a focus on customer relationships. You will be responsible for building customer relationships and researching new trends and business opportunities, maintaining relationships with returning customers, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.

The "Client Services Exec" role

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
• Understand client contract needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Prepare customer quotations and maintain communications with follow up
• Monitor and analyse customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience.
• Upddate CRM with customer interactions, business development activities, and quotation outcomes.
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
• Pro-actively seek new business opportunities and generate leads through various channels.

"Client Services Exec" Success requirements

• Proven experience in a customer service role, account management, or business development role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
