Etex have a fantastic opportunity available for a Customer Service Advisor to join the Exteriors Customer Services Team

Burton on Trent

36.5 hours per week

Competitive Salary Depending on Experience

What you'll do:


  • Working as a Customer Service Advisor you will ensure all inbound customer calls are managed correctly and requirements are processed right first time. You will.
  • Respond and take ownership of our customers' orders and to deliver inspirational customer service
  • Answer customer enquiries relating to our products and services, in a way that reinforces the benefits of being a customer of Etex Exteriors UK Ltd
  • Undertake additional, customer related activities as reasonably requested by your manager
  • Be the key contact for customers and the external sales team by proactively managing all aspects of the customer ordering process end to end
  • This is a 2shift patternbased role, and rotates weekly:
Mon-Thurs, Friday
Mon-Thurs, Friday


What you'll bring:

At Etex Exteriors UK Ltd we are looking for a dedicated, communicative, and innovative person to join our team, for this position you will also require:

  • Previous experience working in a busy customer service environment (preferably within a construction / manufacturing environment)
  • Strong attention to detail and high accuracy when undertaking order processing
  • Professional telephone manner plus ability to build strong working relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Maths and English GCSE (or equivalent) at grade C or above
  • Ability to use Microsoft & Excel
  • Basic level
  • SAP experience beneficial
