Note:
This role is for our
Liverpool Branch.

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative with 1-2 years experience in a Client-Facing role.


We are looking to quickly transition someone from the entry-level to a Trainer role to assist new start orientations, compliance, and territory management to support the team ASAP.


Responsibilities:


  • Update, renew, or create new accounts for potential customers.
  • Opening/closing customer accounts while recording information for clients.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Maintain customer records in an organised manner.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Support the sales team by providing solutions and ideas.
  • Maintaining customer records and updating account information.

Salary:
£20,803.00-£22,102.00 per year

Education:


  • Diploma of Higher Education (preferred)

Experience:


  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- retail: 1 year (preferred)


  • Sales: 1 year (preferred)

  • United Kingdom (preferred)
