    DescriptionThe key responsibilities of the Management Accountant will bePrepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
    Perform budgeting and forecasting.
    Carry out variance analysis and provide commentary.
    Assist with audit preparation and compliance.
    Develop financial models to support decision-making processes.
    Maintain financial policies and procedures.
    Provide support to the finance team as needed.
    Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the finance department.

    ProfileA successful Management Accountant should have:
    Relevant qualifications in Accounting or Finance.
    Having a background in asset management is a bonus.
    Proficiency in financial software and MS Office Suite.
    A keen understanding of management accounting principles and practices.
    Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
    Excellent communication skills.
    The ability to work effectively within a team.
