    Property Manager Position at Chartered Surveyors in North West London

    Nexus Recruitment and a medium sized chartered surveyors in North West London are collaborating, seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee operations on a local portfolio. Our client focuses on delivering exceptional service to clients while prioritizing work-life balance for all Block Managers.

    Core responsibilities:

    • Managing major works across the portfolio, with support from directors
    • Participating in AGMs
    • Managing service charge budgets with the accounts team
    • Coordinating with contractors and on-site staff as required
    • Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, leaseholders, and clients

    The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Block Management. This role will entail overseeing all property management aspects independently. Our client values progression and seeks individuals with long-term ambition in the sector, aiming to reach Senior level swiftly.

    What's included:

    • A salary of up to £45,000 per annum
    • Discretionary bonus
    • 2 to 3 days of remote work
    • Potential progression to Senior Property Manager within 18 months
    • Office closure over the Christmas and New Year period
