    Senior Building Surveyor, Brighton


    Are you a dynamic and driven individual with a relevant degree and experience in building surveying? Join our clients' vibrant, multi-disciplinary practice in Brighton as a Senior Building Surveyor/Associate.

    Act as a mentor and supervisor to our graduate surveyors, effectively managing their workload and overseeing their projects.

    • Contribute to the training and development of colleagues, imparting technical and interpersonal skills to elevate team capabilities.
    • Review your workload and performance regularly, ensuring highquality output and identifying areas for improvement.
    • Meet RICS CPD obligations to stay at the forefront of industry advancements and best practices.
    • Uphold compliance with our document management system, company policies, and industry accreditations in QA, Environmental, and H&S.
    Provide monthly progress reports on your projects, collaborating with Partners to update fee plans and optimize project outcomes.

    • Drive the growth and diversity of work for the Building Surveying team,
    Deliver exceptional building surveying services, adhering to high standards and ensuring client satisfaction.

    • Identify and seize new work opportunities, leading the tendering process and securing projects.

    Prepare precise technical and financial reports that provide valuable insights and guidance.

    • Access to own vehicle and a clean driving license for site visits.
