    Customer Service Administrator | Huntress | UK
    An exciting leisure brand are looking for a Customer ServiceAdministrator to join their team based in Leeds, LS15. This is NOT a callcentre and mainly involves emails and web chat, with occasional outboundcalls


    Hybrid :
    After training, the role will offer hybrid working, withone day per week working from home


    Hours:
    Monday to Friday, either 8am– 4pm or 9am – 5pm. With overtime during peak season, paid attime and a half. Benefits – 25 days holiday and gym membership

Supporting customers web customers andproviding excellent customer service. Resolving e-commerce queries viaemail and web chat to ensure a smooth resolution of any issues.
    Managing andmaintaining data on several internal systems and Excel. Applicants must have previous customer service experience, this can be froman office-based role, or retail or hospitality. Good, basic Excel knowledge.
