Description
As a Registered Nurse holding a valid NMC pin, your responsibilities include overseeing and managing the unit while carrying out clinical duties within the home.
This entails monitoring, administering medications, assessing and reassessing individual care plans, and offering clinical guidance to the care team while consistently delivering best practices.
You are entrusted with ensuring that policies and standards align with our elevated clinical expectations, offering clinical leadership to the entire care team, and playing a pivotal role in assisting with all CQC tasks.
Building genuine connections with our residents and their families, you provide them with the compassion, support, and care they deserve.
We will provide comprehensive training on our innovative digital care platform, revolutionizing our approach and allowing you to focus on achieving clinical excellence and providing top-notch care for our residents.
You'll contribute to promoting health and well-being by:
Ensuring the holistic needs of our residents are met, encompassing their physical, emotional, and social aspects.
Coaching and guiding the team through formal and informal educational initiatives for colleagues and other care professionals.
Conducting assessments and devising, implementing, and evaluating personalized care plans for each resident.
Monitoring work environments and practices to ensure compliance with relevant standards, policies, and legislation.
