Purpose of Position:

The Marketing Events Executive supports the execution of multiple Owner and Prospect for UHNWI client events throughout Europe.

The Marketing Events Executive will support the department with providing exceptional, money-can't-buy experiences for existing clients to strengthen relationships and encourage loyalty, always with the NetJets brand front of mind.

This will be achieved by pro-actively maintaining and supporting systems; managing invitation guest lists; managing assigned events; providing support on larger events and assist in all other areas of event organisation ensuring that the department runs smoothly and effectively while also executing flawless events, on-brand, on-time and within budget.

This position requires frequent travel to events European-wide.


Tasks and Responsibilities:


  • Assists in the planning of the largest, most high profile planned events with a constant focus on budget parameters and cost savings opportunities.

Jets Owner Events:
Monaco Grand Prix, Art Basel, Gastronomic Events, Tennis clinics with tennis legends, Monaco Yacht show

  • Solely manages smaller partner events and statics to include preevent and onsite briefings, and all coordination with suppliers and Sales team before the event and onsite.
  • Assists in the planning of the Biannual Sales Team Meeting and any internal events as required
  • Ensures onsite flawless execution supporting on preevent communications, guest arrival process, onsite event management, onsite print, Owner gifts, postevent communication etc.
  • Preparation of all relevant event documentation including contracts, function sheets, floor plans, table plans, place cards, menus etc.
  • Produce clear project plans and event budgets for each event and coordinate with all areas of Marketing and Communications to produce outstanding client experiences
  • Prepares and ensures contracts are put in place for each event and signed and returned by clients.
  • Contribute to all aspects of event management from location selection to catering etc.
  • Execute Events efficiently and with an eye for detail and continuous improvement
  • Ensure that all aspects of the event are managed in line with NetJets branding including the invites, the design of event, and the way guests are received and hosted during the event.
  • Manages Owner communication inbox. This is key to the success of the event and allows the team to identify unique opportunities to enhance the Owner experience.
  • Demonstrate excellent response skills at all time
  • Ensure all client interaction is first class and beyond expectation
  • Managing event admin requirements
  • This includes but not limited to, raising POs for events and submitting invoices in a timely manner and ensuring invoice tracker is up to date.
  • Managing team travel and shipments to events.
  • Ensuring Salesforce campaigns are updated preevent to communicate to sales team on which Owners/Prospects are attending and postevent on who attended to give accurate figures for analytics.
  • Helps in the execution of overall company and event goals and objectives of the Events and Marketing team.
  • Follows and executes yearly event goals and objectives set out by the Events Manage
  • Maintaining a cando attitude with the goals to always improve and adapt to change
  • Contributing to the overall success of the company through the Events programme, for example, providing the Sales Team with a platform to sell to their clients and prospective clients
  • Facilitates solutions regarding any issues that affected an event
  • Problem solving quickly, efficiently and accurately to provide the best outcome.

  • Quick thinking and proactive approach to ensure our customers receive the best results at the events.
