    Barclays Margin & Collateral Optimisation Specialist, Global Markets - London

    What will you be doing?

    • Providing expertise on Margin for Non-Centrally Cleared Derivatives Regulation
    • Focus on regulatory compliance and pricing implications
    • Development of in-house analytics and training programs
    • Support global team on model governance
    • Collaborate with various teams for optimization structures
    • Ensure risk and control oversight

    What we're looking for:

    • Numerate and highly analytical with attention to detail
    • Experience in trading, sales, or structuring
    • Knowledge of Margin for Non-Centrally Cleared Derivatives and ISDA SIMM
    • Strong communication and teamwork skills

    Skills that will help you in the role:

    • Understanding of Market Risk Models
    • Experience in scripting (SQL/Python) and model methodologies
    • Experience in OTC derivatives pricing and Series 7 & 63
    • Knowledge of risk, margin, and collateral management practices
