    Seeking a savvy individual to elevate our brandpresence and drive impactful campaigns across variouschannels.


    Responsibilities:
    Partner with our agency to devise and executepaid search strategies that captivate audiences. Ensure seamlessimplementation of monthly and weekly campaign focuses while optimizing adassets and product feeds for maximum impact.
    Collaborate with our agency toimplement winning paid social strategies.

    From planning to asset delivery,you'll play a crucial role in optimizing ads and conducting assettesting to elevate every stage of the customer journey.

    Explore and evaluateadditional paid media opportunities, spearheading the launch and executionof innovative campaigns that break new ground.
    Drive sales and ROI bynurturing our affiliate network. From recruiting top-tier affiliates tofostering key relationships, you'll be instrumental in expanding ourreach and impact.
    Work hand-in-hand with our SEO agency to implement andrefine our SEO strategy. Be the linchpin for asset delivery and briefings,ensuring our brand shines bright in search engine rankings.
    Collaborate withagencies to analyze campaign performance, maintain KPI reports, and craftfuture-forward recommendations based on insightful learnings.
    Team up withinternal stakeholders to synchronize campaign calendars, developtailor-made landing pages, and optimize promotions across diverse marketingchannels.
    Assist our CRM team member in ensuring seamless coordinationacross teams and regions for the smooth execution of all programs.


    The IdealCandidate:
    Experience: 3-5 years in retail digital marketing, spanningGoogle Ads, Meta, affiliate networks (AWIN experience is a plus), andSEO

    Strategic Savvy:
    Deep understanding of marketing principles andmetrics, with a knack for methodical planning, testing, execution, andanalysis

    Leadership Skills:
    Preferable experience in team management, witha track record of driving results and fostering growth

    Organization &Resilience:
    Highly organized with stellar multitasking abilities, able tothrive in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing attention todetail

    Communication Excellence:
    Stellar written and verbal communicationskills, with a natural ability to connect with individuals at all levels.
    Bonus points for campaign copywriting skills.


    Tech-Savvy:
    Proficiency indigital tools and platforms, with a good eye for aesthetics in creativedesign. Experience with e-commerce platforms, CMS, and digital marketingtools is advantageous.


    Education:
    Bachelor's degree or equivalenteducational background

    Language Proficiency:
    Proficiency in German, French,Italian, or Spanish is a plus.
