    Role Overview

    As the HRIS Administrator, reporting to the HR Manager, your main responsibility will be managing all HR documents and being the initial point of contact for HR inquiries. From Absence Management to Training & Development, you'll handle various aspects of human resources.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Typing up, proofreading, and researching Policies & Procedures
    • Handling department correspondence via phone, email, and letters
    • Entering data, generating reports, and managing office supplies
    • Organizing travel bookings and updating HR information systems
    • Supporting basic HR functions and assisting in mergers & acquisitions

    Required Skills

    • Excellent written and verbal communication
    • Team player with a keen eye for detail
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to adapt to HRIS advancements and trends

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Strong planning and organizational abilities
    • Interpersonal skills, a relevant degree, or administrative experience
    • Commitment to quality, safety, and process improvement
    • Experience in HRIS diagnostic tests and audits
    • Legal right to work in the UK
