    Our Bid Manager position could be ideal for you if:

    • You are a seasoned Bid Writer looking to step up: Taking charge of essential business contracts, collaborating with fellow bid professionals, all while benefiting from the mentorship of experienced Bid Management leaders.
    • You are a Bid Manager seeking a new challenge: Leading complex and innovative bid processes alongside our Bid Writers, within an established bidding environment that also allows you the freedom to make your mark.
    • You are an experienced Bid Manager: Easily integrating into a proficient team to handle workload effectively and support your colleagues through coaching and performance reviews.

    What will be your responsibilities?

    As our dedicated Bids Manager, you will spearhead the proposal process, assembling teams of experts to craft top-notch content, customizing your approach based on project scale, timeline, and tender type. Once acclimated, you will oversee multiple bid projects in collaboration with our business development and procurement departments, utilizing your expertise to manage teams and timelines efficiently. Your key duties will involve:

    • Coordinating bid project groups to meet deadlines and client specifications
    • Driving bid strategy meetings to explore client needs and innovative ideas for a competitive edge
    • Leading the creative writing process, ensuring well-structured and compelling content
    • Ensuring high-quality proposal content for accuracy
    • Managing the shared team inbox for tender qualification, task allocation, and request scoping

    We seek a proficient bid writer with a track record of leading successful project groups and meetings during tender processes, contributing significantly to various bid phases. You must possess strong project management skills, excel in cross-departmental collaboration, and demonstrate effective prioritization to meet deadlines.
