    Blackstone's Procurement Department

    Join our dynamic team as we seek a motivated, skilled individual with strong communication and hands-on abilities to spearhead the transformation of our Procure-to-Pay function.


    Responsibilities:
    • Drive and oversee Procure-to-Pay transformation projects utilizing Coupa's platform
    • Supervise the offshore team in India to implement solutions and maintain efficient AP and P2P processes
    • Establish OKRs and metrics, track results, and prevent escalations
    • Develop process reports, dashboards, and operational procedures to ensure thorough review and management of exceptions
    • Collaborate with regional finance teams, ensuring compliance with regulations and tax norms
    • Shape policies, procedures, and process flows while fostering cross-functional collaboration
    • Deliver presentations to top management and provide regular program updates
    • Cultivate relationships with business units and corporate groups to drive and manage transformation initiatives
    Requirements:
    • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration; an MBA is a plus
    • 15+ years of experience in AP and Procure-to-Pay operations, ideally within financial services
    • Expertise in Procure-to-Pay and Procurement Operations
    • Proven track record in leveraging Coupa's platform for efficiencies
    • In-depth knowledge of accounting, internal controls, and AP procedures
    • Previous experience managing BPO providers for operational excellence
    • Organized, goal-oriented, and solution-driven
    • Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving skills with a focus on data analysis
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
    • Ability to engage stakeholders across functions and drive value through organizational changes
    • Familiarity with Coupa's platform and Oracle's Fusion ERP
