About the role
- he effective completion of all questionnaire and customer information request activities to strict timelines in adherence to the company guidelines and internal governance procedures.

  • Manage the CRM internal questionnaire system setting own priorities, making sure that customer expectations are met or exceeded.
  • To manage webbased portal activity and monitor the UK Tender's inboxes for possible opportunities in both Safety and Medical divisions.
  • To manage the live framework lists and coordinator necessary pricing and report reviews with the sales team.
  • Assist internal and external customers in all aspects of opportunity management through to order generation.
  • The role encompasses all in and outbound communication from the Tenders team as well as the fulfilment of the core tasks.
  • Ensure that responses are consistent in style, language, and approach (solution / strategy) throughout customer responses, reflecting corporate brand guidelines and align to best practice.
  • Creating and managing databases of company information for the inclusion into PQQ's, RFI's, Questionnaires etc.
  • Establishment and maintenance of a bid library containing uptodate standardised content to improve the daytoday efficiency of requests.
  • Liaise with peers, managers and Directors for signatures and compliance confirmations.
  • Set up and run meetings with all relevant departments on complex customer requirements.
  • Assist in the production of tenders as and when required.
  • Complete all administrative tasks for the Tender department.

Your Qualifications

  • Typically "A" Level Qualifications or similar is desirable
  • Proven relevant experience.
  • Experience of managing large complex questionnaire type requests is essential
  • IT knowledge: MS Office is essential
  • Customer orientation
  • Ability to organise and prioritise.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and as an individual
  • Reliability
  • Experience of working to targets
  • Experience in coordinating and compiling tender documentation
  • Portal experience
  • Strong administration and coordination skills and good working knowledge of systems used
  • SAP and CRM desirable
  • Time Management Skills

  • Eye for Accuracy
  • Proof reading and high level of gramatical skills desirable
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
