Description

We are looking to recruit an experienced individual to work within our Sales Operations Team to manage all aspects of our service billing function from onboarding new service contracts to cash collection.

**The main responsibilities for this role include: - **- Ensure that all machine and service revenue is set up to be invoiced accurately and on time.

  • Receive and reconcile all service partner invoices against live supporting data.
  • Manage exception reports.
  • Manage authorisation of service partner invoice to finance against agreed payment schedules.
  • Onboarding of new MPS service contracts within Vantage Online.
  • Management of monthly customer service billing from Vantage Online system.
  • Regular integrity checks of service data.
  • Manage relationship with all partners on service billing.
  • To support the Sales Support Manager as required in the successful operation of the department.
  • To be responsible for the timely collection of the MPS Team debtor book.
  • To continuously improve processes and your own skill sets.
  • To be a positive team member willing to support others.
  • Complying with all Company Policies
  • Being personally responsible for your own health and safety and to be aware of obligations to other staff and customers in accordance with legislation
  • Undertaking any other reasonable tasks as requested by your manager.
  • Promoting The MPS Team and all other Group Organisations ethically and with integrity

To succeed in this role, you must:

  • Experience in data analytics
  • managing large sets of data.
  • Possess strong finance credentials with some exposure in different finance functions.
  • Experience of invoicing activity within a service led environment.
  • Have Advanced Excel skills or equivalent.
  • Demonstrate a high work ethic and be able to focus independently on key tasks.
  • Have experience and be able to demonstrate a proactive approach to building and developing both internal and external relationships.
  • Good organisation skills that ensure you maximise your time.
  • Be extremely ambitious and dedicated.
  • Willingness to learn and accept change.
  • Be able to lead by example in an ethical manner and with integrity.
  • Disciplined and methodical in your approach to work.
  • Commercially astute and business aware.
