    Description

    Job Title: Enforcement Officer

    Company: London's Largest Local Authority Social Landlord

    • You will investigate complaints regarding licensed and unlicensed premises, provide advice, and carry out enforcement actions, including appearing in court to ensure compliance.
    • Your expertise in licensing legislation and enforcement is crucial in safeguarding public safety and preventing disturbances through the licensing process.

    As the largest local authority social landlord in London, we manage 55,000 homes, housing 40% of Southwark's population.

    • With experience in licensing processing or enforcement, you should have a background in a setting related to community safety or regulation.

    This is a permanent full-time role with standard hours of 36 per week, Monday to Friday.
