    Job Description

    Responsible for driving new product development for NAVLIN. This is a key and exciting role in a high-growth products business that is driving software and data solutions for management of key decisions on US and Global Price & Market Access. EVERSANA has a leading ecosystem with over 150+ customers globally, including more than 20 of the top 25 pharmaceutical companies.

    Responsibilities will include drive product vision and enhancements to existing and new product development with data enrichment, data science and analytics. Enhance existing and develop new products to serve customer needs throughout the product lifecycle, from pre-launch through loss-of-exclusivity planning, around market access with NAVLIN Data HTA, NAVLIN Market Access KPIs & Tracking, NAVLIN Product Landscape and other areas.

    This role will complement our experienced senior leadership team, add to the leading price & market access product solutions, and will continue to bolster our reputation and NAVLIN brand recognition for the most accurate, comprehensive, easy-to-use, and best supported price & access decision data, software, and insights ecosystem tools available in the industry.

    This role can be based in the following countries - UK, Ireland, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Italy, Germany.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Product Solutions: Data, Software, and Primary Market Research Insights to build our ProductsHaving a strong vision of product goals and focus on answering critical questions for biopharmaceutical companies and driving product / market fit to do soBuilding products that are beautiful, easy-to-use, accurate and comprehensive that solve client business questions while also creating habit-forming solutionsIdentifying, developing, and nurturing product solutions that meet existing and emerging analytic needsWorking with existing products to enhance and refine with data science integration and evolution of product design
  • SalesDelivering product solutions that support achieving sales and revenue targetsPresenting Product capabilities and roadmap to clients and potential clientsWorking with sales to support pitches, collaborating with the Client Services Team to provide access for clients, and service delivery support with client post onboarding experienceEstablishing customer relationships to enable voice of customer to help drive product enhancements
  • Leadership & CollaborationSupport NAVLIN Insights leadership team in vision, mission, and evolution of market research in incorporating sophisticated analytics and market data into primary research insights for high value business solutionsManaging a practical balance between building minimum viable product, advancing product quickly, driving revenue, and meeting client needsWork well across the organization with sales in developing new business, product design in creating beautiful, easy-to-use products with a high degree of loyalty and customer delight
  • All other duties as assigned
  • EXPECTIONS OF THE JOB:

  • Travel 20%
  • Hours (40 hours, 5 days a week)
  • Qualifications

    MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

    The requirements listed below are representative of the experience, education, knowledge, skill and/or abilities required.

  • Bachelor's degree in life science field or business or data analytics or related field
  • Excellent presentation and written skills
  • Strong knowledge of US pharmaceutical life cycle management, market access, contracting, rebates and co-pay structures, data and availability, interactions, and analytics
  • Minimum of 5+ years of direct experience in product or management consulting around access analytics
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to lead diverse, global teams made up of designers, engineers, data scientists
  • Demonstrated ability to cultivate business relationships both with clients and with internal sales, service teams and product design
  • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa
  • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Health Sciences, Business or a related field from an accredited college or university
  • Demonstrated success in driving product development, product planning, pre and post product sales, especially in price & access analytics, combined with a strong management consulting foundation in these areas a strong plus
  • Strong understanding of analytics engineering & infrastructure, analytics product design, analytics-as-a-service, analytics product business models
