Your new role:


We have a fantastic opportunity for a Permanent
Business Support Coordinator to join our Bradford Schools Account in
Tong High School,
Westgate Hill Street
,Bradford
, BD4 6NR** This role is based onsite.


Amey delivers facilities and estate management services to the Bradford Schools Private Finance Initiative across an estate of 10 schools (7 secondary and 3 Special Educational Needs).

We work in partnership with our clients and end-users to ensure our 24/7 services are delivered to the highest standard with minimum impact or disruption to day-to-day operational requirements of the schools.


The standard hours of work are 37.5hours Per Week ( Monday - Friday)

You will be responsible for:


  • Program, allocate and coordinate Helpdesk Tasks, through liaison with the Operations Team using the CAFM system
  • Maintain and update systems
  • Maintain accurate records of inprogress and completed work
  • Coordinate all Helpdesk duties in the department/contract to ensure delivery to deadlines
  • Proactively manipulate systems to compile and analyse reports as required
  • Undertake projects as assigned
  • Proactive decision making within the confines of the responsibilities
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Perform other duties as requested by the Business Support Manager
  • To present a professional image to all staff within Amey as well as external contacts
  • Participate in daily internal and external performance conference calls
  • Ensure all agreed client and internal Key Performance indicators (KPIs) are met or exceeded
  • Comply with the relevant Health and Safety Policy and processes
  • Disseminate information to other team members to ensure delivery
  • Carry out Helpdesk Training where required
  • Operate independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to programme, allocate and coordinate work Tasks using the CAFM system
  • Allocate the correct level of work to ensure SLA's are met
  • Ensure records are maintained and updated regularly so it can be reported on
  • Carry out jeopardy management, ensuring forward planning is carried out where possible
  • Ability to multitask, answering calls whilst scheduling work
  • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • A clear focus on high quality customer service
  • Ensure Training documents are current and up to date
  • Ability to attend School Sites as required to support the Operational Team

  • Excellent customer liaison skills
  • Problem solving

Experience

  • Demonstrable administrative skill set and experience
  • Previous experience of CAFM system
  • Evidence of some project coordination
