    • We are looking for a dedicated Independent Living Support Worker to join our team in the Early Help & Prevention department.

    Independent Living focuses on providing early help solutions, daily living independence equipment, specialist equipment, and minor/major adaptations.

    Early intervention and prevention are fundamental to our approach; our goal is to enable individuals to stay in their homes, feeling confident and secure to live independently with the right support at the right time.

    This role calls for a highly motivated, dynamic, and compassionate individual, who is innovative, forward-thinking, and capable of empowering individuals to take charge of their care and support requirements.

    • Knowledge of Smart Technology would be beneficial; strong interpersonal skills are crucial for this customer-facing position.
