What you will enjoy doing

  • In this role, you will engage with, and support all cylinder filling activities for the site at Brinsworth and be responsible for asset tracking and monitoring.
  • You will support operations to ensure that both internal and external customers' needs are met and exceeded daily.

Whilst reporting to the Branch Manager you will work closely with the Production team to ensure delivery times are met, on time and in full.


  • You will take a lead role in any customer complaints, ensuring that the process is maintained, and investigate issues where applicable.
  • You will report on KPI's within a Daily Operations Meeting structure based on SQCDP principles.
  • You will be required to work a shift Rota of 6am 2pm, 2pm 10pm Monday to Friday on alternative weeks.
  • You will be required to lead local Stock Counts, to ensure the accuracy of our systems.
  • Stock Counts can be performed up to 4 times a year and occur across a weekend.

What makes you great

  • A good knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel, office 365 is imperative
  • Experience using SAP would be advantageous but not critical
  • An understanding of problemsolving principles preferred
  • An understanding of LEAN principles preferred
  • A positive 'can do' attitude
