Secondary TEACHING ASSISTANT - Northolt
* £86 to £100 per day

Secondary SEND Roles Available
Full time position - Monday to Friday 8:30 to 15:30

Are you a kind-hearted individual with the patience and creativity to be a successful Teaching Assistant? Working within Secondary additional needs students is incredibly rewarding but requires out of the box thinkers who are able to see beyond the labels of disability and uncover each child's potential and love for learning.

Suitable Candidates for this role will have any of the following experience-Teaching Assistant/Learning Support Assistant/HLTA
Cover Supervisors
ECT/QTS/Nari
Graduates with volunteering experience
Sports/Football Coach
Police Officer
Bachelors or Masters in - English , Maths, Science, Drama , PE , History etc (secondary main subjects)
Teaching Assistant will have and what we offer-* Strong understanding of the requirement to support pupils with additional needs

Experience supporting young people with SEN would be advantageous
Training in PECS, Makaton, manual handling and hoisting (desired but not essential)
Adaptability, be motivated and able to take initiative
