First Contact Physiotherapy Practitioner (FCP), Band 7 /8a - Bridgwater Bay area**
Are you an experienced and motivated musculoskeletal (MSK) physiotherapist looking for a new challenge as part of a dynamic, innovative and supportive team?


Then we have the perfect opportunity for you to become a First Contact Physiotherapy Practitioner within our Bridgwater Bay Primary Care Network.


Would you like to work for an innovative and forward thinking team that are at the forefront in improving MSK pathways and service delivery?
We are the largest PCN in Somerset, with 82,000 patients. We have 9 GP practices, in a mix of urban and rural locations. Every practice has FCPs based in their practice. We have a long history of supporting FCPs, having been the first pilot in Somerset over 10 years ago.

We also have a large team of SASP Health Coaches, and very much support a proactive health and wellbeing approach in the location.


The integrated MSK service in Somerset has demonstrated that it provides an easily accessible expert MSK assessment, diagnosis and advice service, with a key responsibility being identification of the correct care pathway and supporting patients to self-manage and access support in the neighbourhoods.
