    We have an exciting opportunity for a Licensing and Renewals Representative to join our GTM Team. You will be the primary point of contact for Customers and Partners when it comes to discussing and/or renewing of the Mimecast Service. The role is focused heavily on transactions, retention and revenue.

    To fulfill this role, you must have an inbuilt desire to be efficient, accurate and be at your best multitasking across a range of time sensitive activities. You need to have strong administrative skills and excellent turn-around times. The Licensing and Renewals Team is one of the growing teams across Mimecast, so the successful candidate needs to be someone who can hit the ground running, impress from the start and show ambition to grow both individually and as part of a successful Team.

    As a Licensing and Renewals Representative, you will be responsible for the Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) of the customer base in your territory and protecting the bases against downsell and churn, or their current licenses as they come up for Renewals. Additionally, you will be responsible for the accuracy of Customer & Partner Renewal Opportunities and Sales Orders at all times within our CRM system. Reporting on progress against defined monthly targets will be required, to ensure performances and results are accurately tracked and managed ongoing.

    This role requires an individual with the ability to handle a diverse range of tasks and the drive to ensure they manage the renewal base of the business efficiently and effectively.

    What You'll Be Doing

    • Provide accuracy of Customer & Partner Renewal Opportunities and Sales Orders at all times within CRM system
    • Provide timely processing of Customer & Partner Renewals
    • Ensure Win-Win Outcomes in Customer & Partner Renewals that might require renegotiation
    • Implement and manage key business objectives
    • Ensure both systems and processes are optimized and maximised
    • Work closely with internal teams (Finance, Go-To-Market etc)
    • Collaborate with Partners and Customers to ensure contract renewal is successful
    • Provide system administration in terms of CRM notes around upcoming renewals
    • Manage various reporting to Manager for weekly review

    What You'll Bring

    • Ability to work with large amounts of data in a structured manner to gather and execute on information
    • Proven experience working closely with customers/vendors
    • Ability to work across multiple projects
    • Ability to analyze data effectively
    • A structured and organized approach to achieve set goals.
    • Excellent communication and clerical skills to provide effective support to the team
    • High attention to detail and accuracy with multitasking a key requirement
    • Self-driven and enjoys working in a results driven environment
    • Strong negotiation skills
    • Experience with Systems such as SFDC, Oracle, SAP, Siebel and other CRM systems (desirable)
    • Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word (desirable)
    • Good understanding of Contracts, Purchase Orders and Billings (desirable)
