    • Develop Accessories and Personalisation content strategies.
    • Through continuous monitoring of post-launch vehicle sales performance data across all markets, develop Model Year strategies which enhance and optimise the customer offer throughout the lifecycle, maximising the bottom line.

    Product Management Process & Documentation

    • Support the change control and documentation of your product direction documents.
    • Support the definition and assignment of feature codes for your product.
    • Work with Product Pricing to develop price and take rate assumptions to feed the business cases for all Trims, Options & Accessories.
    • Support product direction sign-off through development and delivery of compelling presentations and product proposals to the Senior Leadership team.

We would like you to have:

    • A proactive and ambitious approach; highly motivated and desiring accountability.
    • An open and transparent communication style with the ability to build influential relationships at all levels of the business.
    • A sincere responsibility for personal development and a genuine passion to develop extensive relevant product knowledge.
    • Direct experience of working in a fast-paced startup environment or be able to demonstrate that you can thrive in a less-structured adaptable setting.
    • Experience or exposure to vehicle product management, including concepts of: software defined features, digital twins and product/configuration lifecycles.
    • A highly analytical but creative mindset that can create order and control to manage complexity and/or ambiguity.
