    Primary ECT Teacher - Hackney - Permanent Position - September 2024

    Primary Early Career Teacher (ECT)

    Location:
    Hackney, London

    Salary:
    £36,745 - £56,959 per annum

    Contract:
    Full-time, Permanent

    The Role:

    As a Primary ECT, you will:

    • Inspire and engage young minds through creative and dynamic teaching methods.
    • Develop and deliver a broad and balanced curriculum that meets the needs of all pupils.
    • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
    • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and drive school-wide improvement.
    • Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing feedback and support to ensure every child reaches their full potential.

    Candidate Requirements:

    • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
    • A genuine passion for teaching and making a difference in primary education.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • A proactive and reflective approach to professional development.
    • Ability to create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment.
