    Job Title: Experienced Lettings Negotiator Location: Wimbledon Villiage, South West London.

    Our clients are a reputable and dynamic real estate agency based in Wimbledon Villiage, London. Specializing in residential sales and lettings, they take pride in delivering exceptional service to all clients.

    The team is composed of skilled professionals who are committed to excellence, innovation, and client satisfaction.

    Position Overview:

    They are currently seeking an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join the team and play a key role in our continued success.

    The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in residential lettings, possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

    Responsibilities:

    • 1.Client Management:

    Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.

    • Conduct property viewings, addressing client needs and preferences.

    2.Property Marketing: oDevelop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract prospective tenants.

    • Create compelling property listings and ensure accurate and appealing property advertisements.

    3.Negotiation and Agreement:

    • Negotiate terms and conditions between landlords and tenants.
    • Facilitate the leasing process, ensuring all legal and contractual requirements are met.

    4.Market Analysis: oStay informed about local market trends, rental rates, and competitor activities.

    • Provide market insights to clients and colleagues.

    5.Documentation and Compliance:

    • Prepare and review tenancy agreements and relevant documentation.
    • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

    6.Customer Service:

    • Provide excellent customer service throughout the tenancy lifecycle.
    • Handle and resolve any issues or concerns raised by landlords or tenants.

    7.Team Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team targets and objectives.
    • Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Proven experience as a Lettings Negotiator in the London real estate market.
    • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. ·
    • In-depth knowledge of residential lettings procedures and regulations. ·
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficient in relevant industry software and tools. ·
    • Full driving licence.

    Basic salary + commission with O.T.E. in year 1 of £30,000-£40,000.
