We're hiring for a
Head of Partnerships or Lead looking to make a difference in EdTech and the Future of Work

The Role


As our brands grow we've attracted interest from leading L&D, HR & Talent tech brands to partner with us and we're now looking for our first partnerships lead to take this department to the next level.

You will be reporting to the CEO and working directly with the CPO & VP Sales to drive new partnerships at Guider.

This role will require you to build a team around you in time.

Some of the day-to-day duties include:

  • Creating a partnerships pipeline and executing on those opportunities.
  • Immersing yourself in the Learning & Edtech industry to identify opportunities.
  • Forging relationships with other Partnerships professionals.
  • Networking.
  • Working alongside Sales to share opportunities and learnings
  • Working alongside Marketing to ensure we are impactful with referrals and partnerships messaging.
About you

  • You are a curious, hardworking, problem solver who wants to work in a startup environment.
  • 4+ years min experience in a Partnerships role.
  • Prior experience within this industry, we expect you to be able to hit the ground running.
  • Experience with working with large enterprise customers.
  • Deep understanding of the channel partner ecosystem.
  • Love operating in a fastpaced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent time management and prioritising skills.
  • Proven track record of establishing and managing relationships with senior stakeholders
  • A growth mindset and a collaborative mentality
  • Superb listening skills you must understand objections and have the ability to deal with them.
  • Determined, but consultative approach
