    Summary of the role:

    Technical Analyst

    Location: Bristol, BS34 8SW / Edinburgh, EH3 9PE

    The role involves mastering and executing day-to-day processes related to ABS, such as investigating and printing statements, while meeting productivity standards.

    • What you'll be doing?

  • Complete work allocation within expected SLAs using existing processes
  • Verify ABS outputs for accuracy
  • Provide support for incidents like Risk Events, Complaints, and Migrations
  • Raise and address problems encountered
  • Manage team activities within agreed timescales
  • Continuously enhance the customer journey

    • What we're looking for?

  • Previous experience in Financial Service or Life, Pensions & Investment is advantageous
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills
  • Attention to detail and excellent time management
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel and Word
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
