Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen within FO> that requires a suitably qualified and professional individual to join our customer support team.
This role has a general function to ensure flexibility and business continuity within our commercial function.Responsibilities:
- To be the first point of call for any customer queries relating to sales, execution, installations, and communications.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers.
- Ensure that customer claims and complaints are resolved fairy, effectively, accurately, and timely, and in accordance with consumer laws.
- Collaborate with other departments within the organisation to execute orders and meet customer expectations.
- Maintain company pricing lists and margins.
- Provide status updates when requested by management and customers.
- Participate and engage in continuous improvement initiatives and supply feedback for improvement plans.
- Train, coach, and mentor new associates in SAP and company procedures.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years' experience in a customer service role, within a manufacturing environment or similar, background in Oil & Gas is desirable.
- Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting targets and deadlines with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Detail orientated, ability to work with figures and calculations.
- Able to confidently read and understand technical drawings.
- Experience in training associates would be desirable.
- Experience using SAP would be preferred.
