- Overseeing on-site contractors as required.
- Undertaking general planned and reactive maintenance duties to assist the shift team.

- Developing and maintaining day to day contact with client representatives.

- Previous experience of general FM and/or maintenance works.

Role Responsibility:
GENERAL OPERATIVE
Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 per annum
Working Hours: Permanent, Full Time, 42 hours average [12 hour shifts, 4 on 4 off shift rotation]
Location: FCO Cheltenham, GL51 0EX

We are looking to recruit a General Operative to join our friendly team at a prestigious building in Cheltenham to deliver planned and reactive maintenance as allocated by the supervisor or line manager and responding as necessary to all incidents as directed to minimise business disruption and operational down time.
