Position:


We have an opportunity for a
Customer Relations Coordinator to join our sales team at our
Mercedes-Benz of Croydon dealership, on a permanent full time basis for 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday.


About you:

Being the first point of contact you will provide an exceptional experience for customers visiting our showroom.

You will be passionate about the brand and responsible for creating the right first impression, facilitating a smooth and timely transfer of the customer throughout each stage of the enquiry and sales process.


About the role (Overview):


  • Welcome all customers who visit our showroom in a professional and courteous manner, striving to deliver a best in class experience
  • Maintain a working overview of the day's appointments and manage the flow of customers in the showroom to ensure wait times are kept to a minimum
  • Obtain accurate information and introduce customers to the sales executive team/service department handing over all relevant details
  • Be proactive in ensuring that the showroom is kept clean, tidy and within the Hedin Automotive London/Mercedes-Benz brand guidelines
  • Ensure that customers are offered refreshments during their visit and keep them informed periodically during any waiting periods
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system to ensure the entire customer journey is tracked at all times
  • Provide information to the Sales Managers each day detailing the appointments/walkins so that these can be followed up to make certain that all lead opportunities have been maximised.
