Contracts Officer - Sittingbourne

Basic Salary £24,000- £26,000

Full time, Permanent

About the Role:

You will play a crucial role in ensuring the day-to-day operations of the Contract and Compliance Department. Working alongside the Compliance & Client Relations Managers delivering performance KPIs targets.

You will be required to plan and assist to ensure that your area is contractually compliant with all contractual stipulations.

You will manage your own day to day duties and take responsibility for all operational tasks within your remit, ensuring all incoming communications from clients are managed and work to resolve any operational challenges that are hindering performance.

Experience of liaising extensively with external clients and stakeholders is crucial in this role.

Hours
37.5 hours per week

Monday - Friday

Between the hours of 8:00 and 17:30

What do we need from you?

2 to 4 years administrative experience within a customer/client facing role. Direct industry related experience would be an advantage but not essential.

Minimum 5 A

C grades at GCSE, Level 3 diploma in social housing management, or part thereof, would be an added advantage.
The company operates extensive IT systems and mobile technology. You will be expected to familiarise yourself with the operation of such systems.
