    Description

    It was 30 years ago when we were a small maintenance contractor with a single van; As a Project Coordinator you will be working in our social housing background, providing a stable and profitable contract, delivering excellent service and support through our local teams, who understand the importance of working together for the local community.

    As a Project Coordinator you will be part of a local team supporting high standard Project Coordination for Planned Work activities to Housing properties, delivering best in class customer service and satisfying all safety, quality and cost control standards.

    Provide administrative, operational & customer service project support to the Delivery & Commercial Team.

    Assist Contracts Manager with programming and planning of the project, ensuring property lists and programmes are supplied, maintained and updated for planned works and reports/feedback on programmes provided.

    Monitor and report on KPI performance in accordance with contractual, operational & commercial obligations, working with all team members to ensure an efficient and productive service is delivered to service users & client to support the attainment and maintenance of high levels of satisfaction with performance delivery in accordance with agreed standard operating procedures.

    Communicating with service users, site team and client regarding ongoing work/s and liaison with colleagues to ensure accurate & timely information provided.

    Follow and support policies, procedures, initiatives and work instructions at all times and keep all supplied company assets in a good condition in line with the company policies and report to your manager where damages occur.

    Provide back up to other project staff, covering any absences and attend informal and formal company & client meetings and training sessions as required.

    Experience in social housing
    Experience in Building Maintenance
    Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
    Advance knowledge of Excel
