    Description

    Job Title: Fund Management Oversight Support

    Job Description

    The main goal of this 6-month FTC is to aid the retail team in managing funds on the Workplace platform, emphasizing oversight and governance.

    What you'll be doing:

    • Supporting oversight and governance of investment funds for Workplace Savings products to ensure compliance with industry regulations
    • Using the Product Process to launch, maintain, and close products/funds in line with Customer Conduct Risk Policy
    • Ensuring good customer outcomes aligned with Consumer Duty expectations
    • Providing technical oversight of Workplace Savings fund range including corporate actions, fund generation variances, and managing investment-related risks
    • Producing fund management information for the investment proposition and optimizing data sharing across relevant business channels
    • Reviewing investment data to ensure accurate information is provided to customers regarding costs, charges, and fund data/objectives
    • Addressing investment queries from internal business units related to the technical aspects of the fund range

    Qualifications

    Who we're looking for:

    • Strong understanding of Workplace defined contribution market dynamics
    • Experience in the investment proposition and strategy team of a provider, asset manager, and/or EBC
    • Knowledge of fund databases, pricing, investment-related risk management, and fund governance requirements
    • Experience working with unit linked funds
    • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities within challenging deadlines
    • Preferably, qualifications related to the role
