    Service Delivery Analyst

    Fantastic opportunity to be part of a well-established team within a dynamic and expanding company.
    This role allows for a flexible working arrangement from any of our offices in Peterborough, Chesterfield, Sunderland, or Tunbridge Wells.


    Role Description:
    Responsible for managing Service Delivery processes to support Service Operations and the overall business.

    Key focus areas include ensuring system availability, resilience, and stability by analyzing incidents, troubleshooting service events, and overseeing the change management process.

    Encourage a culture of continuous improvement to enhance practices, knowledge, skills, and processes for improved customer service.
    Provide expertise in technical and operational procedures.

    Main Responsibilities:
    Support Major Incident Management and Problem Management processes to uphold system stability aligned with business requirements.
    Drive continuous improvement through critical analysis and learning from root causes.
    Collaborate with service partners to conduct service delivery tasks and maintain service levels.
    Contribute to fostering a collaborative and high-performance team.
    Create operational reports, offering trend analysis and valuable insights.
    Identify and execute operational process enhancements.
    Participate in Change Management processes and governance.
    Assist with operational oversight and technology audits.
    Establish and uphold system metrics and monitoring.

    Experience and Skills Required:
    Experience in IT Operations, Incident/Problem, and Change Management.
    Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
    Aptitude for quickly mastering new skills.
    Ability to coordinate and oversee operational processes.
    Proficiency in developing and maintaining metrics and monitoring capabilities.
    Excellent communication skills and adept at managing multiple priorities.
    Familiarity with ITIL framework (preferred).
    Confidence to challenge existing work methodologies (preferred).
    Knowledge of data analytics and tools like Excel and PowerBI (preferred).
