- Assist with the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Coordinate project activities, resources, and communication among team members
- Identify and manage project risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with development and technical teams to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and properly implemented
- Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time
- Work with stakeholders to define project scope and ensure that project goals align with organisational objectives
- Developing knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage small projects
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and emerging leadership skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and some experience of project management tools / techniques
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Aspiring to lead and motivate others; demonstrating empathy and knowledge of personality types
- Basic knowledge of project-planning tools
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Level 3 Qualification (Apprenticeship/1 x A Level in any subject/BTEC etc.)?
- OR equivalent work experience (typically 2 years in a relevant role)?PLUS?
- 5 x GCSE's including English & Maths at Grade 4 (C) or above?.
