    Pensions Governance and Trustee Specialist


    - Permanent position based in London White City + Hybrid


    Hiring range: £50,000 - £70,000

    The role:

    As a Pensions Governance and Trustee Specialist in London, you will be a crucial part of a dynamic team that values innovation and clear-thinking. Your responsibilities include overseeing and enhancing all DC governance measures across the company's pension arrangements. You will ensure compliance with statutory requirements, manage trustee policies, and provide high-quality scheme management services. Collaboration with colleagues is key, and you will be required to work independently as well. A flexible smart-working policy is in place, allowing a balance between office and home-working.


    Skills you'll need (minimum criteria):

    • Strong technical knowledge of pensions, legislation, and regulations
    • APMI qualification or equivalent
    • Extensive experience in governance or a similar role

    • Effective written and verbal communication skills at all levels
    • Proactive and responsible approach
    • Adaptability to change
    • Self-motivated and deadline-oriented
    • Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on attention to detail
