PermanentThe Lincs & Notts Air Ambulance (LNAA) delivers critical care to Lincolnshire & Nottinghamshire communities, supported by public donations.
Ensuring patients' best chances of survival, our Air Ambulance team brings the A&E department to emergency scenes.
This opening is for the inaugural independent IT team member.
You will architect the charity's IT services and infrastructure, ensuring daily excellence, overseeing the Managed Service Provider (MSP) relationship, managing cybersecurity and training, and planning the integration of new technologies for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.
Essential to this role are strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues across the charity for superior IT service delivery.
Additionally, a deep understanding of IT infrastructure encompassing servers, MS365, security, backups, networks, and more is required.
We provide 25 days of annual leave, along with bank holidays, increasing by 1 day each year of completed service, pro rata for part-time staff, and an extra day off on your birthday.
Upon successful completion of a 6-month probation period, employees gain access to a Health & Wellbeing Care Plan and an Occupational Sick Pay Scheme. Life insurance at 3 times your annual salary is also included. Our pension scheme generally offers 6% employer contributions and 4% employee contributions.
