    Senior Residential Property Associate

    A dynamic law firm specializing in high-value residential property transactions is seeking a Senior Residential Property Solicitor to lead the team and expand the department. Currently, the team consists of 3 members.

    The ideal candidate will join the firm to contribute to its ongoing success by bringing their expertise and talent to the role.

    Responsibilities:

    • Independently manage a portfolio of high-value residential property files, ensuring top-notch service and legal expertise throughout the process.
    • Carry out thorough due diligence, title examinations, and property research to identify and address any potential issues or risks.
    • Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents related to residential property transactions, including contracts, leases, and agreements.
    • Offer legal advice to clients, address their queries and concerns, and uphold strong client relationships.
    • Coordinate with external parties like real estate agents, lenders, and government agencies to facilitate smooth transactions.
    • Stay informed about relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends in the residential property sector.
    • Play an active role in business development by leveraging your client network, engaging in networking activities, and building relationships with potential clients.
    • Supervise and lead a team of fee earners and associates.

    Requirements:

    • Qualified solicitor with 4+ years of experience in residential property law.
    • Proven track record of independently managing high-value residential property files with success.
    • Demonstrated ability to attract new business and retain a client base.
