We are looking for a 2nd Line WAN Project Configuration Engineer. The purpose of our company is to make the world more sustainable by building trust in society through innovation.
As a 2nd Line WAN Engineer, you will have the opportunity to contribute to this purpose by assisting in delivering for our customers across the region. Your main tasks will revolve around supporting and investigating SRX routers as part of 24/7 BAU operations to ensure the delivery of a secure network.
We are in search of an experienced 2nd Line Network Engineer to join a talented team based in Solihull. Your responsibilities will include configuring and troubleshooting Juniper network devices, with a focus on SRX series routers to meet strict project deadlines and enable the delivery of secure network services globally.
Your daily duties will encompass a mix of project/implementation work and general support escalations/fault finding. You should have a deep understanding of configuring and tuning BGP, along with knowledge of IPSEC, MPLS, and certificate-based VPN authentication.
