    Description

    Kennedys is looking for a Legal Administrator to join our Volume Employers Liability/Public Liability team based in Sheffield.

    Team

    Kennedys Volume Employers Liability/Public Liability Team are based in the Sheffield office. The team advise clients in relation to ELPL claims that primarily fall within the MoJ Claims Portal process.

    Key responsibilities

  • Monitor Client Portals for new instructions to ensure these are dealt with in accordance with Service Level Agreements.
  • Daily monitoring of the MoJ Claims Portal
  • Telephone calls to Brokers/Policyholders
  • Dealing with incoming proceedings to ensure Court deadlines are met and adhered to
  • Operate the Firm's quality procedures and information security systems as specified in the current edition of the Quality Procedures
  • Ensure the confidentiality and security of all practice and client's documentation and/or information
  • Required Experience

  • Previous administrative experience
  • Proficient in MS Office packages, knowledge of BigHand or Service Desk Plus
  • Good literacy and numeracy
  • Good typing skills
