A busy and growing Industrial Packaging Company located in the Newton Heath area of Manchester are seeking a competent transport and collection administrator who will be involved both customer service and administration.

Daily tasks will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service to our inbound collection customers.
- Supporting the planning day to day routes for drivers
- Dealing with drivers and customer communication.
- Organising transport maintenance of four vehicles.
- Managing and maintaining Driver Records including working hours.
- Processing Collections.
- Managing RAM assist software
- Transport effiency
- KPI bonus available after trial period.
- Creating monthly reports
- Raising purchase orders for your department
Managing a busy and ever-changing transport planner is a key part of the role and so you must be able to work under pressure.
The role will include support to accounts during month-end closure along with some daily inputting functions. The position will also be responsible for a number of reports which are created on a monthly basis.
Managing your time and checking paperwork will be a crucial element of your job and so you must feel comfortable in sending reports on for senior management review.
This role is ideal for someone seeking a varied, busy and rewarding role that offers constant opportunity for development within a commercial setting.
We are looking for someone with the right personality to fit within a small team and who can grow with the company.
The role is based on working Monday to Friday 8-5:30. (Rota available after 3 month trial offering one 9 a.m start per week and one early finish per week- 5p.m finish on a friday)

£23,500.00-£26,500.00 per year
