Are you currently in a HR Coordinator role? Do you have brilliant attention to detail? Are you interested in joining a fabulous People Team? If so then this could be the role for you.

We are looking for a People Operations Coordinator to join us here at iQ, you will perform tasks, activities and processes that ensure the effective administration of the people team and forpeople related queries of our iQers.

This role will support in everything to do with the employee lifecycle from welcoming and supporting onboarding of new iQers to helping current employee 's with processes or signposting them for guidance to making sure all is done for leavers.

You will be the go to support and engage with our people.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain all people systems and platforms and ensure accuracy of data input
  • Monitor case management system and ensures all tickets are allocated to relevant functions and responded to promptly
  • Proactively engage with the business and assist with queries to the People team, escalating where required
  • Support Recruitment Lead in engaging with new joiners prior to commencement as well as new joiner inductions and calls at 3 months to ensure they are settling in
  • Produce reporting for distribution to the wider People Team
  • Keep up to date on legislative changes, updating letters to reflect where necessary
  • Support with any administration needed with the wider team including raising purchase orders and invoices
  • Work closely with Payroll and Benefits Coordinator to ensure all payroll changes are implemented by monthly cut off dates

Experience and skills

  • Up to date knowledge of UK employment law and legislative changes.
  • Studying toward CIPD or currently CIPD qualified
  • Customer focus mindset and able to deliver great customer service
  • Highly organised, able to multitask and prioritise effectively, with a high attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
**We work a hybrid working model with 3 days in our office in London Bridge.
