    We are seeking a skilled professional with expertise in Python and data science to join our team and play a vital role in shaping the future of language technology.

    The ideal candidate will be a quick learner, eager to enhance our model by working on various writing and code prompts.

    Our AI Data Trainers play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of data fed to our AI model, impacting Cohere's technological advancements.

    Please Note: This position may involve occasional on-site work at our London office. Candidates should be able to commit a minimum of 12-24 hours per week to this project.

    As an AI Data Trainer, you will:

    • Spend time crafting quality samples to train our models
    • Label, proofread, and enhance machine-generated and human-written code
    • Create high-quality code to solve diverse tasks, particularly focused on data analytics
    • Adapt code styles and functionalities effectively
    • Ensure data quality and cite information sources accurately

    You could be a great fit if you have:

    • 2+ years of industry experience in data science
    • Strong coding skills in Python and data science packages
    • Proficiency in SQL and different data formats
    • Experience in code reviewing and adherence to style guides

    Other requirements:

    • Located in the UK
    • Strong reading and comprehension abilities
    • Interest in ML/AI/LLMs
    • Web-based research skills
    • Ability to work independently and follow complex instructions

    Technical assessment

    30-minute final interview
