- Schedule Assessment - Ensuring accurate Project level schedules in line with Programme planning principles.
- Integrated Baseline Management - Generating the Integrated Baseline schedule to ensure successful programme delivery.
- Costs to Go (and associated EAC) - Validating Project level costs and supporting the EAC.
- Risk and Opportunity Management - Leading Schedule Risk Analysis.
- New Business - Involvement in Bid Team activities.
- Planning experience at detailed and summary levels.
- Proficiency in project structure creation and maintenance.
- Experience in project performance data analysis.
- Ability to perform SRA/Critical Path Analysis/EVM.
- Motivated to identify root causes and take corrective action.
- Proficient in Project Management Toolsets.
- Familiarity with Baseline Management and Change Control.
- Accountability for project data.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Proficient in workload prioritization and conflict management.
- Understanding of Project Estimate at Completion/Forecast Cost at Completion.
