As a Project Scheduler / Project Planner, you will be based in the South West area.Project Scheduler /
Project Planner Responsibilities:
Experience of Scheduling to single or multiple projects within a portfolio.
Experience of using Scheduling applications such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project
Support the Project Manager in all aspects of setting up the Project Master Schedule.
Initiate, maintain and follow-up the Project Master Schedule and critical path for the Project.
Perform technical schedule analysis (review of float, logic, etc.) for the schedule as well as updates and revisions during the life of the project.
Validate accuracy and completeness of all Project Controls Scheduling information.Draft the Time related sections of the monthly progress report and all other local reports with the respect to schedule and progress.
Assist in managing, controlling and tracking the project cashflow against the baseline budget.Joining us as a consultant, you'll be proactive and curious, and have excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. You will be able to demonstrate project management capabilities (direct or transferable) gained in industry or consulting environments.
Understanding and experience of project management, including at least one of either project planning, scheduling, cost control and risk assessment
Proficiency in Earned Value Management or estimating techniques would be an advantage, as would exposure to Primavera P6 for those with a project planning specialty
A relevant qualification such as from APM (PMQ, PPQ), PRINCE2 or PMP would be of benefit.
